Yoga for Pain Resiliency

If so, Live Well Studio is hosting a workshop that applies up-to-date pain science through the ancient art of Yoga.
In this workshop you will learn:
- How to deconstruct your pain into its three primary elements
- Application of gentle yoga poses, yogic breathing & meditation techniques for pain
- The modern neuroscience behind these age-old techniques
No previous yoga experience is required and you will learn specific techniques you can practice at home.
Angela Grace Faulk, MS (Neuroscience) is the instructor for this workshop. She is certified through the International Association of Yoga Therapists, has 500+ hours training in teaching yoga modalities through the Yoga Alliance, a decade of experience in various schools of yoga and meditation, as well as additional training in pain science.
