Resiliency Yoga Class
Are you interested in a non-drug, self-directed approach for your pain?
If so, Live Well Studio is offering a beginner friendly class called “Resiliency Yoga” that is designed for people working with persistent pain in their lives.
Rest your nervous system and nurture resiliency in this uniquely designed yoga system. Each class utilizes movement, breath work, and meditation techniques backed by recent brain research. We will use Mindfulness and Quiet Mind practices, as described by the NeuroMeditation Institute, which illicit slow brain waves indicative of a calming nervous system. This class is ideal for people working with anxiety, stress, or persistent pain.
Angela Grace Faulk, MS (Neuroscience) is the instructor for this class. She is certified through the International Association of Yoga Therapists, has 500+ hours training in teaching yoga modalities through the Yoga Alliance, a decade of experience in various schools of yoga and meditation, as well as additional training in pain science.
New student intro pass can be used for this (30 days for $49) as well as drop-in ($18) 5 pass, 10 pass, and Memberships.
